Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the department’s strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure delivery of optimal program results against performance metrics (systems, processes, procedures, and activities).
- Provide proactive professional service to internal partners (IT, Finance, QA, Business Development, Operations, and Clinical) and external stakeholders (clients, regulatory bodies, and vendors).
- Define, monitor, and deliver on program scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
