JOB SUMMARY:
The Day Program Manager will provide supervision of vocational skill trainers, general program oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance with state guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provides oversight and performs duties in the areas of: staff supervision, operational administration, program management, therapeutic intervention, teaching skills, and documentation.
+ Assists in the development, training and implementation of Individual Support Plans, Behavior Plans, and/or Treatment Plan development.
