Job Description

  • Strong technical knowledge of Dell PowerEdge systems, including PowerEdge servers, OMES Plug-In,SupportAssist Enterprise, and Secure Connect Gateway Remote Connectivitysystems
  • Experience with iDRAC, OpenServer Manager 2.0 (OSM), and PDTK
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including CloudIQ capabilities for PowerEdge servers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Secure Component verification and OME
