Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, Programs Emergency & Seasonal Housing, the Program Manager will supervise staff, students, and volunteers of Blue Doors. Together with the Director, the Manager assists in the development and implementation of the Vaughan Inn Short Term Emergency Program for individuals and couples experiencing homelessness, ensuring program goals align with the agency’s philosophy and are service‑user‑centred. The Manager ensures adherence to agency goals and policies, participates in planning, and represents the Agency at community committees and forums.
