The Role

As a Program Manager within the Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing customer projects, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard. You will work closely with the System Engineers assigned to your project and cross‑functionally with Sales, Product and Engineering teams. You should be a self‑starter who strives for excellence.

What you’ll do

• Accountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.
• Create, maintain and update project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the delivery process.
• Manage and own all projects for three customers.
• Take full ownership of multiple customer projects from initiation to completion.
