What You'll Do



  • Oversee Program Engineers in managing customer programs.

  • Review customer requirements (POs and SOs).

  • Support company vision and business strategy planning.

  • Monitor project progress against customer requirements.

  • Define timelines and review manufacturing contracts.

  • Liaise with customers on equipment/tooling issues and costs.

  • Coordinate equipment and consigned tooling across departments.

  • Obtain required project data from customers.

  • Release RFQs to Engineering and Materials; track progress.

  • Review shipment status and sales order backlog monthly.

  • Compile customer satisfaction surveys and share feedback.

  • Guide Program Engineers in program execution.

  • Ensure effective QMS implementation and compliance.
