Job Description

Program Delivery
  • Own end-to-end program delivery across the Travel Innovation portfolio — virtual card, real time payment and parametric products and expansion across the global – APAC, EMEA, LATAM and US.
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, delivery milestones, RAID logs, and governance cadences across all workstreams
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Claims, and Operations to keep programs on track
  • Identify interdependencies between workstreams and proactively manage risks and blockers before they impact delivery
Partner & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with external partners and data vendors, overseeing contract progress, SLA adherence, and escalation management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners during program delivery phases, ensuring clear communication on scope, timelines, and open items
