Program Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Program Coordinator for a 12 months extendable contract role. This role is with a known Tech client in Singapore.

• Work on end to end campaigns and execution
• Support Accelerator programs
• Manage end to end programs
• Manage dealings with VC’s
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on events and programs

• Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.
• Demonstrated capacity for developing marketing strategies, with substantial exposure to holistic marketing campaign planning and execution process.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, creating user personas, and surfacing insights to inform strategy.
• Strong knowledge of and/or passion for the local startup ecosystem.
• Experience managing agencies.
