Programme Coordinator (Museum-Based Learning) – 12 months contract

Museum-Based Learning (MBL) programme is a nation wide initiative by a public heritage organisation and a national education authority , supporting Primary 3 students in learning about Singapore’s multicultural heritage.

• Manage programme administration, school bookings, and schedules
• Handle enquiries from schools and stakeholders
• Support planning, publication, and delivery of programmes
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage logistics
• Maintain records, reports, and feedback
• Assist in developing activities and procurement of materials

• Diploma/Degree in relevant fields or experience in events/programme coordination
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Comfortable with remote and on-the-go work
