Job Description

Responsibilities: . Support the coordination and governance of the Unified Helpdesk (UHD) transformation programme, including scheduling, action tracking, and follow-up across workstreams . Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, capture minutes, and maintain an up-to-date action log and risk register . Coordinate inputs from regional teams across APAC, EMEA, AMER, and China, and consolidate programme updates for senior stakeholders . Draft communications, status reports, and presentation materials for steering committees and leadership reviews . Maintain organised and version-controlled programme documentation including the project plan, RAID log, and milestone tracker . Support the preparation of process guides, SOPs, and internal communications related to the UHD transition . Create reports on programme activities, progress, and KPIs in collaboration with workstream leads and stakeholders .
