Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support museum-based learning programmes, including vendor coordination and scheduling.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as records, payments, and programme logistics.
  • Liaise with museum educators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Conduct on-site check-ins/observations during school visits to support programme quality.
  • Collate stakeholder feedback and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
  • Passion for education and working with students/adults.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Independent, adaptable, and a good team player.

Duration/working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
