The Role:
Own and manage one or more complex programmes comprising multiple projects aligned to business
strategy.
Define programme structure, governance, and delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with company
objectives.
Ensure cumulative programme milestones, budgets, quality, and benefits are achieved.
Provide leadership and direction to Programme Leaders and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Aftermarket, and
external partners.
Chair programme governance forums, steering groups, and gate review meetings.
Produce consolidated programme status reports, KPI dashboards, and risk summaries for Senior
Leadership.
Manage inter-project dependencies, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
