Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Technology/Domain

· Must have a CRM background (client uses MS Dynamics but any other CRM knowledge would work too).

· Understanding of CoPilot and/or some AI/GenAI offerings in CRM

· Understanding of a Capital Market client, specifically Self Directed (a.k.a Retail or Personal Investor) and Advised clients.

· Good understand of a multi-cloud (AWS and Azure) and data exchanges between them.

· Ability to lead the in Business Planning exercises where business and technology teams plan and prepare the roadmap for upcoming quarters.

Ability to translate functional discussions into technology deliverables
