Job Responsibilities

  • Assists the Programs, Events and Promotions team in developing and implementing a broad range of casino programs, events and promotional activities for the Casino. Responsible for executing the activities set by management, assist in all the paperwork and filing of documentation for promotions, and supervise a team of coordinators.
  • Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and to produce quality results.
  • Prepare documentation to support all promotions.
  • Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective process flow for events and promotions.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain event budgets.
