Job Description
The Project Accountant role will be assigned in our office in Pasig City. This role combines financial management with administrative duties tied to a specific project.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices for the project (collating all the supporting documents)
- Assist in following up and recording customer collections
- Assist in updating project replans in Epicor
- Assist in project closure in Epicor
- In charge in training new employee in Epicor
- Undertake monthly time reconciliation and following up employee time entry completion
- Batch time entries of employees with limited access in Epicor, ensuring that all employees have complete time entry for the period.
- Collate all supporting documents for possible BIR audit
- Maintain books of Account of the Project
- Willing to work full onsite
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
