Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for resource deployment on various projects
- Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
- Manning of Company’s administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)
- Manning of helpdesk phone
- Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information
- Prepare letters, memos, invoices, and purchase orders
- Handling of Safety & ISO documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels /NITEC/Diploma and above
- Proficient in MS office applications
