Job Scope & Responsibilities - Project Admin (Commercial & Scheduling)Key Responsibilities: Project Claims & Documentation Prepare, compile, and submit
progress claims, invoices, and variation orders
in accordance with contract terms. Track
project expenses, purchase orders, and vendor payments
to ensure financial accuracy. Liaise with clients and contractors to
follow up on claim approvals and payments
. Project Scheduling & Progress Tracking Maintain and update the
project schedule, milestones, and deadlines
. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to track
site progress and work completion
. Identify
delays and potential risks
, ensuring timely reporting and mitigation measures. Commercial & Contract Administration Assist in
contract review, tender submissions, and cost control
