Overview
We are seeking a Projects Administrator who will be responsible for managing the collection of folios, itineraries, reconciliations of invoices from our accommodation partners and supporting the team on backend reconciliation. This role involves extensive knowledge of excel and problem solving. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess experience in customer service and accommodation coordination.
Our department operates Monday through Sunday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Shifts will be scheduled within these hours, with schedules provided months in advance. Our standard workweek is 35 hours.
