An established and highly regarded organisation in Brisbane’s bayside is undertaking a payroll system project and is looking for an experienced Administrator to support critical validation activities ahead of go-live.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some payroll knowledge who enjoys the detail, loves reconciling information and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll play an important role ensuring data is accurate across systems and ready for implementation.

About the Role

Working as part of the payroll project team, you will be responsible for validating employee and payroll data between systems, identifying discrepancies and ensuring information is accurate prior to implementation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking employee details between systems, including names, pay rates, positions and employment types
  • Comparing payroll outputs across both systems to confirm pay results align
