Description We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support graduation event operations in California. This is a Contract position within the Services industry, ideal for someone who enjoys customer-facing work in a fast-paced event setting. The person in this role will help keep student flow organized, support photographers during ceremony activities, and contribute to a positive experience for graduates and event teams. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stay organized throughout live events are important for success.
