Quality Audit Position

This position is responsible for product / process quality audits.

Essential Functions

Must process audits

Must be able to use basic inspection equipment such as calipers, mics, torque wrenches and various gauges and other tools.

Must perform part layout / inspection as directed

Must maintain and follow up red-tag process

Must maintain gauge calibration process

Uses stop the line authority at any sign of safety or quality concerns

Performs daily duties per work instructions / standard work

Completes all daily data collection as established

Act as a backup for QA. Tech.

Must perform daily 5S activities

Education and Training

~ High school diploma or GED



Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to read blueprints

Must have good understanding of inventory control

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
