Responsibilities

  • Define:
  • Project governance structure
  • Stage gates and approvals
  • Establish controls across cost, schedule, and scope
  • Recommend PMO model (central vs distributed via GCC)
  • Identify reporting frameworks and KPIs

Profile

  • 15+ yrs in large infrastructure programs
  • Experience in utilities / EPC environment
