Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules and resource allocations
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports
  • Track progress of deliverables and flag delays or issues to the PM
  • Support vendor coordination and logistics for project execution
  • Monitor project costs, invoices and assist in budget tracking
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients and partners
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and quality controls
Qualifications & Skills
  • Associate PMP certified (or working towards certification)
  • 2-4 years experience in project coordination within IT/system integration
  • Exposure to IT infra, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, and cabling
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
