Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in site supervision and management.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update our own construction team
To make sure site work progress follows the Schedule given by the Main-Contractor
To work closely with main-office staff to prepare monthly Progress Claims and document of the job progress.
To manage daily operation of the project execution.
Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar course
Has at least 3 years of experience in Singapore in the related field
Class 3 Singapore driving license.
