Project Coordinator

This is a remote position. SUMMARY We are seeking a highly organized, PMP-certified Project Coordinator to support the delivery of client-facing IT projects across our nonprofit member base. This role sits at the center of project execution, working closely with our Technical Alignment Managers (TAMs), implementation teams, and external vendors to ensure projects move forward clearly, efficiently, and with strong communication. You will also take ownership of client onboarding as a structured project, helping new members get set up smoothly and setting the foundation for long-term success. This is a coordination-heavy role with real ownership. You are not just tracking tasks; you are driving clarity, momentum, and accountability across multiple stakeholders.
