Project Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate machine build schedules with engineering and production teams.
  • Track project timelines for fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion.
  • Follow up with departments on pending tasks.

Customer & Vendor Communication

  • Communicate with customers regarding project status and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for parts, materials, and components.
  • Arrange meetings between customers, engineers, and production teams.
  • Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) follow-ups and documentation.

Documentation

  • Prepare project reports and progress updates.
  • Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), drawings, and technical documents.
