Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate machine build schedules with engineering and production teams.
- Track project timelines for fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion.
- Follow up with departments on pending tasks.
Customer & Vendor Communication
- Communicate with customers regarding project status and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts, materials, and components.
- Arrange meetings between customers, engineers, and production teams.
- Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) follow-ups and documentation.
Documentation
- Prepare project reports and progress updates.
- Maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), drawings, and technical documents.
