Scope

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Building Automation System projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, liaising with main contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably in building automation or engineering projects.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 4 off days monthly; rest days depend on schedule. Able to work long hours and late evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or high school diploma.
  • At least one year of related work experience.
  • Full‑time, permanent position.
  • English proficiency and ability to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking customers.
