This is a flagship project and requires a senior leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential schemes with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
The Role
As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a multi-storey residential development. You will lead the project team, drive programme performance, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial control.
