Project Director (Calgary)

Job Summary

Project Director leads Chandos’ construction delivery for a portfolio of assigned projects, directly and through a team of project managers. This role is accountable for full lifecycle delivery – from preconstruction and bidding through construction and close‑out – while building client relationships, supporting business development, and developing high‑performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multiple project teams including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and support staff. Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within and across teams.
• Resource Planning: Determine and secure all resources required to meet project commitments.
