Position Summary

The Project Director provides strategic leadership, technical oversight, and fiduciary accountability for the implementation of an anticipated large-scale, USG-funded program addressing early diagnosis and treatment of TB. The Project Director will take a leadership role coordinating the program team, other implementing partners, public and private sector partners, and government stakeholders, and will liaise directly with the USG as appropriate. S/he is responsible for ensuring that programmatic implementation meets expected standards of technical quality, including monitoring, evaluation, and learning. S/he also will ensure completion of reports, evaluations, analyses, assessments, and deliverables in compliance with quality standards.

Project Leadership (15%)

  • Leads the planning and development of the overall project workplan and implementation strategy in collaboration with the project team.
