As Project Director, you’ll lead Project Managers, Area Managers, Engineering Managers, and project engineers—guiding stakeholders with confidence and clarity. You'll bring proven project management experience in mining and heavy industry, strong governance skills, and a talent for fostering new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our ERI portfolio and advancing client success.

Location

Ideally within the Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury in Ontario.

Your Impact

  • Lead planning and execution of multi-phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects across Canada.
  • Develop and implement Project Management Plans, including risk, safety, quality, and communication strategies.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and governance to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
