Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute fit-out projects from start to finish.
  • Schedule and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Estimate costs, track budgets, and control project expenses.
  • Plan and manage daily facility operations and maintenance projects.
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and AMC contracts.
  • Optimize budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Show analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Make quick decisions during emergencies.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out works: civil works, partitions, flooring, painting, false ceiling, joinery.
  • Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
