Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure clarity before execution.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project budgets, material planning, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including DPR, WPR, MIS reports, and progress dashboards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders for updates, approvals, and reporting.
- Support procurement and contract management activities as required.
