Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Project Execution Supervision – Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
  • Coordination & Communication – Coordinate daily site operations between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Construction Manager on work progress, challenges, and required actions.
  • Quality Assurance & Control – Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure alignment with project and contractual requirements. Raise and follow up on Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed site records including daily reports, material deliveries, and manpower logs. Prepare or assist with method statements, inspection requests (IRs), and related docu...
