Job Description
Our client is hiring a Project Engineer that will be responsible for managing land development projects, from concept plan to construction completion. The preferred candidate is a self-starter with the ability to complete team-based and independent projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Managing capital improvement projects (paving, drainage, amenity additions, etc.) Managing water and sewer line and treatment plant upgrade projects for our + privately owned water and wastewater treatment facilities and + lift stations, from concept to construction completion Assisting with due diligence for commercial property acquisition Requirements: Bachelors of Science in Civil, Structural, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred; other technical degrees may be acceptable with appropriate experience + years' experience in engineering/project management is preferred Professi...
