Project Engineer - Process Transformation Lead - Level 4

**Description:**
You will be the Project Engineer - Process Transformation Lead - Level 4 for the Aeronautics Sustainment Digital & Business Transformation (D&BT) team which is responsible for shaping the future of sustainment work through digital process innovation.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Project Engineer - Process Transformation Lead - Level 4 you will be responsible for guiding the Sustainment Business Process Transformation initiative.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead the development of cross‑functional, digitally transformed business processes to create the Sustainment digital process architecture.
+ Collaborate with process modelers to map, analyze, and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and identify automation opportunities.
+ Coordinate with E&T, SCM, Ops, and other stakeholders to manage process dependencies and drive integration decisions.
