Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue project quotations based on customer requirements, drawings, and specifications
  • Follow up on projects upon confirmation, ensuring smooth handover from sales to operations
  • Material planning and ordering
  • Preparation and control of route cards
  • Coordination of production planning and scheduling
  • Monitoring fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes
  • Ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers
  • Liaise with internal departments such as production, purchasing, and QA to resolve project‑related issues
  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements
  • Support continuous improvement in project execution and workflow efficiency

Requirements / Qualifications

  • NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
