- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements
- Coordinate between authorities, management and relevant stakeholders on project implementation
- Liaise/ negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Carry out site surveys and submit proposal for cabling works, project planning, etc.
- Develop or update project plans including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, costing, and staffing
- Monitor and manage project milestones and deliverables
- Inspection of inventory to ensure working conditions of machines and equipment
- Monitor store inventory, carry out stock take and ensure quality control of project materials
- Ensure project claims are carried out in a timely manner and projects are closed successfully
- Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction, etc.
