Major Deliverables

  • Lead the entire project scope (planning-execution)
  • Ensure standards and compliance for timeline, quality and safety
  • Manage project budget, cost and contract compliance
  • Resolve project issues
  • Prepare reports for VP

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
  2. Direct and coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
  3. Monitor milestones, conduct site inspections, and maintain project documentation.
  4. Prepare, monitor, and report on project budget and variances.
  5. Review and approve purchase orders, billings, and change orders within authorized limits.
  6. Enforce QMS implementation on-site.
  7. Ensure compliance with DOLE, DPWH, and applicable safety standards.
