Project Engineer

Your Job

You will serve as the Project Engineer for the PSBU High Power group at Molex Malaysia–Penang, overseeing multiple projects across the full lifecycle from feasibility through New Product Introduction (NPI). Your primary purpose is to drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by combining technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and detailed project execution.

You will lead projects from idea through high-volume production and work closely with a global cross-functional team of design engineers, product managers, quality engineers, plant and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
