Project Executive Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Report to PM and communicate with all project staffs
  • Prepare material and equipment summary list
  • Prepare material and equipment submission
  • Setup proper site documentation according to company standard
  • Tabulate all projects costing
  • Prepare bill of quantities
  • Prepare quotation for variation orders submission
  • Prepare all weekly/monthly progress report
  • Compile all documents into OMM
Requirements
  • Diploma with project site and QS experience
  • Know how to read drawing
  • Able to work beyond normal working hours
