Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site.
  • Manage and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
