Project Management Engineer (PJM)

Your Job As the Project Management (PJM), you will lead and oversee projects from initiation through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closure. You are accountable for the success of assigned projects, ensuring effective resource distribution across product families. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures, continuous process enhancements, and timely project delivery. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential in influencing team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals and uphold PBM culture within the company.
