Project Management Executive

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Partner with upper management to translate broad organizational visions into actionable, strategic program and project goals.
Act as the primary decision-maker for large-scale, complex projects, ensuring they support high-level business objectives.
Monitor the performance of the entire project portfolio, identifying trends, patterns, and risks across multiple projects.
Lead the development of long-range plans while exercising high-level oversight of project costing, customer delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Lead stage review meetings to authorize project continuance or early closure based on strategic viability and performance.
Oversee the successful initiation, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and internal controls.
Ensure all projects and personnel follow established management system practices (e.g., ISO) and meet all industry regulatory requirements.
