Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality, timeliness, and successful delivery of construction projects, specifically within the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) sector. This role requires leadership in managing onsite operations, vendors, subcontractors, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring efficient project execution and resolution of challenges. Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in managing the project engineering of ACMV systems, including defining project scope, setting goals, and determining deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project progress aligns with submission deadlines, schedules, and milestones, addressing any issues or delays.
