- Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- PMP or other project management certification preferred
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering results
- Experience driving continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Working knowledge of financial metrics and performance goals within a Lean environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
