  • PMP or other project management certification preferred
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering results
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
  • Working knowledge of financial metrics and performance goals within a Lean environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
