What You'll Own

• Weekly sprint planning, daily Slack standups, and Thursday sprint reviews
• Jira hygiene: requirements writing, acceptance criteria, status accuracy
• 24-hour resolution on every Needs PM ticket
• Cross-functional coordination across backend, frontend, QA, and design
• Client-facing meetings where you bring recommendations, not just status updates
• Risk and blocker management with documented paths forward
