Project Manager, Business Transformation (Data & Analytics)

Ampol's Trading & Shipping (T&S) Transformation & Governance team is building the data and analytical foundations that power our trading desks. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager, Business Transformation to lead end-to-end delivery of our data and analytics initiatives that involve solutions like Sigma, PowerBI, Snowflake/ Databricks, ZEMA to statistical and price modelling capabilities.

This is a hands‑on, high-impact role. You will own the full project delivery lifecycle, work across a complex stakeholder landscape (trading desks, technology, finance, middle office, legal and external vendors); contribute to governance maturity within a program that is growing fast. Beyond Data & Analytics, your scope may extend to other initiatives to support the T&S organisation.
