Education

Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering, Civil engineering, or other.

Work Setting & Environment

Interior office environment, fast‑paced, and pressure‑filled with tight deadlines. Requires multitasking with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Experience

5 years or more in a related construction or project management role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractor activities.
  • Evaluate daily operations.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Select trade subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
  • Hire and supervise subcontractors.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements.
