Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the overall project schedule, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
  • Prepare and update the Project Management Plan and related PPrISA documents.
  • Coordinate communication among all stakeholders, including technical teams, vendors, and End User representatives.
  • Review and approve all technical reports, risk registers, and change requests prior to submission to End User.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with government ICT security and governance policies.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure that each implementation phase (Phase I–III) is delivered according to the approved timeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification preferred.
